I actually watched KP2B S&Ping onto all ops DF and occasionally sitting on their DF after the contact to make a few more Qs before moving on to the next caller. He sat on my run freq for his next 5 contacts before moving on. That's no different than hijacking someones CW run freq after making a Q! Should be a penalty!!!
