Sadly, the big openings to Asia that we had during the week did not occur so limited JA and YB with no BY at all. In the past, I’ve done 20-meter single band but with the incredible conditions on 15 this past week I thought 15 would be the place to be. During the week, in the evenings, I was running a never-ending string of JA, YB, BY and other Asians. In the contest, conditions shifted so this great string was limited with no BY or other Asians – only a limited number of JA and an even more limited number of YB. I did work YB’s during the day. At one point in the early evening, all 6 continents were coming in, that was incredible |
