G2M | SO HP 10M | It's a great shame that more people don't use FT4 for making contest QSOs, the QSO rate when using FT8 is rather tediously slow! The conditions on 10m seemed to be not too bad at the start of the contest but then seemed to deteriorate, which further reduced the QSO rate, until there was a slight surge in activity shortly before the end of the contest |
G3LHJ | SO LP ALL | Only limited amount of time this year, look forward to next time |
G4DDL | SO LP ALL | Only on for a short while but quite good fun. Some problems using WSJT-X 2.7.0 RC2 in FT4 but otherwise OK Nice to work 2 new stations in the Falkland Islands |
G4NBS | SO LP ALL | K3, TB31Jr dipole @ 9m for 10/15/20M, 22m long Doublet @ 8M for 40M Several stations not bothering to send TX5 so not clear if QSO is complete or not - made worse when they sometimes did but not for every QSO! |
